作者長期從事鋼鐵企業(yè)、自備電廠煤氣系統(tǒng)預測、優(yōu)化調度等課題的研究,并跟蹤國內外的研究動態(tài)。本書是作者多年研究的總結,同時也吸收了國內外的*新研究成果。本書綜合考慮煤氣放散和機組運行效率下降對整個煤氣系統(tǒng)價值的影響,建立自備電廠機組配置優(yōu)化模型;考慮到依靠人工經驗無法對其煤氣供人量進行準確預測,針對煤氣供人量特性,建立自備電廠煤氣供人量預測模型;在預測模型的基礎上,從煤氣系統(tǒng)全局出發(fā),以總運行成本*小為目標,考慮鍋爐負荷波動頻繁的特點,建立優(yōu)化調度模型。為此,本書將所建模型應用于實際鋼鐵企業(yè)自備電廠,從系統(tǒng)和全局視角出發(fā)研討鋼鐵企業(yè)自備電廠機組配置優(yōu)化、煤氣優(yōu)化調度問題,豐富鋼鐵企業(yè)自備電廠煤氣系統(tǒng)預測、優(yōu)化、調度問題的研究方法,以期為鋼鐵企業(yè)自備電廠煤氣系統(tǒng)提供理論與方法上的指導。
