特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng),中國(guó)管理研究國(guó)際學(xué)會(huì)第三屆主席。在人力資源管理及企業(yè)跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)的研究方面頗有造詣,出版了十余部著作,撰寫了三百多篇論文。
