天天快檢:食用農產品摻偽鑒別手冊 作者簡介

謝建軍,博士,廣東出入境檢驗檢疫局檢驗檢疫技術中心食品實驗室高級工程師,一直致力于食用農產品蔬菜、水果和茶葉等的農藥殘留檢測、檢測方法的建立及其他食品獸藥殘留、食品添加劑的檢測,以及葡萄酒真假鑒別等工作,主持或參加國家自然科學基金、廣東省科技廳和廣州市科創(chuàng)委等科研項目10多項,獲省部級獎勵2項,出版專著3部,發(fā)表學術論文43篇,主持或參與國家和行業(yè)標準制定13項,發(fā)明專利4項。 翁文川,碩士,高級工程師,廣東出入境檢驗檢疫技術中心食品室實驗主任,長期從事食品及化妝品安全的檢測及相關領域檢驗方法、技術的研究工作,先后承擔和參與近十多項科研項目,發(fā)表論文10余篇,主持和參與行業(yè)與地方標準制定4項,榮獲省部級獎勵2項。
