      本書梳理了我國司法外宣翻譯中存在的語用翻譯問題、文化翻譯問題和語言翻譯問題，在德國功能學(xué)派提出的功能主義翻譯理論與我國外宣翻譯實(shí)踐者與研究者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出我國司法外宣翻譯工作要以客觀公正地介紹我國司法工作現(xiàn)狀、消弭國際社會的誤解為目的，提出我國司法外宣翻譯譯文的功能主要為信息功能，兼有委婉的訴求功能，因而必須以目標(biāo)受眾為中心、符合目標(biāo)受眾所在文化中的文化規(guī)約和語言規(guī)則，采取靈活務(wù)實(shí)的工具型翻譯戰(zhàn)略。

本書選取我國法律外宣中軟性法律文本的翻譯作為研究對象，試圖通過系統(tǒng)地分析我國法律外宣翻譯中存在的問題及其成因來探索提高翻譯質(zhì)量的解決方案。本書提出了我國法律外宣翻譯中普遍存在的三類問題：語用翻譯問題、文化翻譯問題和語言翻譯問題，并依據(jù)我國法律外宣翻譯的目的和譯文功能提出我國法律外宣翻譯工作者應(yīng)采用“自上而下”的功能主義途徑，保證譯文能夠滿足目標(biāo)受眾的信息需求，且譯文應(yīng)符合目標(biāo)文本所在文化中的文化規(guī)約和規(guī)范以及語言規(guī)則。

      曹志建，1981年出生，河南省鄭州市人。2003年6月畢業(yè)于西南政法大學(xué)外語學(xué)院，獲得文學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位與法學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；2005年6月畢業(yè)于中山大學(xué)外語學(xué)院，獲得文學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；2012年6月畢業(yè)于上海外國語大學(xué)，獲得文學(xué)博士學(xué)位，導(dǎo)師為張健教授。現(xiàn)就職于西南政法大學(xué)外語學(xué)院。中國翻譯協(xié)會會員、中國法律語言學(xué)研究會會員。研究領(lǐng)域：翻譯理論與實(shí)踐、法律英語。
