Ranging from politics to religion, terrorist organizations have used numerous means to manipulate humanity to the point of death and destruction. In 2017 alone, the world saw more than 20,000 incidences of terrorist attacks. With these atrocities fueling widespread fear amongst civilians and weighing heavier on world leaders, international organizations like the United Nations have been urgently developing counter-terrorism measures. In China and International Anti-terrorism, the authors trace the roots and evolution of different types of terrorism, discuss the achievements and challenges in today’s international anti-terrorism cooperation, and present how China has contributed to the fight against terrorism in terms of national and regional security, economic policies, and multilateral cooperation. “全球治理的中國方案”叢書圍繞“治理”“和平”“發(fā)展”三個(gè)*重要的主題，采取“3 7”的模式，共分為十分冊。前三分冊作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，圍繞三大核心主題，綜述中國完善全球治理體系的理念與實(shí)踐，介紹中國參與全球治理的戰(zhàn)略框架；其余七分冊，按照當(dāng)前全球治理的七大互動(dòng)領(lǐng)域，包括金融安全、能源安全、氣候治理、國際發(fā)展援助、人權(quán)保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全治理、國際反恐合作等，分別詮釋全球治理具體領(lǐng)域的中國方案。 On several occasions since 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of China’s active participation in the international efforts to reform the system of global governance. 李偉，1958 年出生，中國現(xiàn)代國際關(guān)系研究院院長特別助理，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家。研究方向主要為國家安全、國際安全形勢、國際恐怖主義與反恐怖斗爭等安全領(lǐng)域。主持編撰10 多本相關(guān)專業(yè)書籍，如《國際恐怖主義與反恐怖斗爭》《重大國際恐怖案例分析》《人質(zhì)解救與特種部隊(duì)》《國際恐怖主義與反恐怖斗爭年鑒（2003-2012）》《“一帶一路”沿線國家安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估》等。 Li Wei, special assistant to the president, doctoral supervisor, and researcher with the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR). Li is an expert receiving special government allowance from the State Council of China. His research focuses on national security, international security situation, and international terrorism and anti-terrorism. He is the author of International Terrorism and Anti-terrorism, Analysis of Major International Terrorist Cases, Hostage Rescue and Special Forces, the Yearbook of International Terrorism and Anti-terrorism, and Risk Analysis on Belt-and-Road Countries’ National Security.
