China firmly believes in the primacy of the right to subsistence and development, trying to reconcile its national exigencies with the demands of universal human rights. As the second largest economy of the world today, China is committed to protecting rights that secure the people’s baseline, the right to work, the right to property, and the right to education, having formed its own set of ideas and policies on the development of human rights. Moreover, China has also actively fulfilled its international human rights obligations through partnership with other countries over the past few decades. “全球治理的中國方案”叢書圍繞“治理”“和平”“發(fā)展”三個(gè)*重要的主題，采取“3 7”的模式，共分為十分冊(cè)。前三分冊(cè)作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，圍繞三大核心主題，綜述中國完善全球治理體系的理念與實(shí)踐，介紹中國參與全球治理的戰(zhàn)略框架；其余七分冊(cè)，按照當(dāng)前全球治理的七大互動(dòng)領(lǐng)域，包括金融安全、能源安全、氣候治理、國際發(fā)展援助、人權(quán)保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全治理、國際反恐合作等，分別詮釋全球治理具體領(lǐng)域的中國方案。 On several occasions since 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of China’s active participation in the international efforts to reform the system of global governance. Written by a group of prominent Chinese scholars and officials, the China and Global Governance Series aims to present the international readers with China’s approach to global governance and the Chinese wisdom behind it. 張永和， 1956 年出生，西南政法大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，人權(quán)研究院執(zhí)行院長、《中國人權(quán)評(píng)論》主編。中國人權(quán)研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事。出版與人權(quán)有關(guān)的專著有《權(quán)利的由來》《中國大眾人權(quán)觀念調(diào)查》《臨潼信訪》《武侯陪審》《大邑調(diào)解》等。在《中國法學(xué)》《法學(xué)研究》《法學(xué)》《政法論壇》《法律科學(xué)》《現(xiàn)代法學(xué)》和人民日?qǐng)?bào)、光明日?qǐng)?bào)等報(bào)刊上發(fā)表與人權(quán)相關(guān)論文30余篇。 Zhang Yonghe is professor of law and executive director of the Center for Human Rights Education and Research, Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is also the standing director of China Society for Human Rights Studies. Professor Zhang is a prolific writer on China and human rights. His notable monographs include The Origin of Human Rights and Surveying the Chinese Public’s Ideas on Human Rights. Additionally, he has contributed some 30 articles to journals and newspapers including China Legal Science, Chinese Journal of Law, Law Science Magazine, Tribune of Political Science and Law, Science of Law, Modern Law Science, The People’s Daily, and Guangming Daily.
