高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是全面建設社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的首要任務。當前,面對世界百年未有之大變局,中國作為具有巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿Α⒉⒄幵诮?jīng)濟轉型升級關節(jié)點的大國,需要以結構轉型應對風險挑戰(zhàn),以結構轉型推動經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。本書是中改院課題組關于結構轉型專題研究的重要成果,探討如何把握結構轉型面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)、如何以結構性改革實現(xiàn)結構轉型的重大突破、如何以制度型開放推進制度性變革等問題。本書從產(chǎn)業(yè)結構轉型、科技結構轉型、消費結構轉型、城鄉(xiāng)結構轉型、能源結構轉型、貿(mào)易結構轉型涉及的重大問題等多角度進行分析,提出以結構轉型為主線的結構性改革的基本思路和以高水平開放推動結構轉型的相關建議。

In 2009, he was selected as “One of the 100 Economists Who Have Influenced China’s Economic Development over the Last 60 Years”. In 2015, his achievements were included in Overview of Academic Achievements of Renowned Chinese Scientists in the 20th Century (Volume of Economics).Kuang XianmingResearch Professor, doctoral supervisor, Vice President of China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD), and Director of the Economic Research Institute (RCEP Institute).Kuang has conducted extensive, long-term research on reform policies, focusing specifically on economic system reform in China.
