本書以150小時(shí)的自然漢語(yǔ)日常會(huì)話為語(yǔ)料,收集到190個(gè)、總時(shí)長(zhǎng)約7小時(shí)的針對(duì)第三方的抱怨序列。本書從四個(gè)方面對(duì)這一交際行為進(jìn)行考察,分別是抱怨的語(yǔ)言建構(gòu)、抱怨的回應(yīng)語(yǔ)言建構(gòu)、抱怨序列的發(fā)展模式和抱怨序列的結(jié)束機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn),抱怨者實(shí)際上通過(guò)發(fā)出一個(gè)針對(duì)第三方的抱怨,建立了一個(gè)抱怨序列的參與框架。在這一框架中,既包括抱怨者針對(duì)第三方的抱怨行為、接受者對(duì)抱怨的回應(yīng),還包括抱怨者對(duì)抱怨序列的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和抱怨序列的結(jié)束。本書從學(xué)術(shù)視角對(duì)這一交際行為進(jìn)行專門研究,既拓展了研究對(duì)象、創(chuàng)新了分析模式,又進(jìn)一步揭示了漢語(yǔ)人際意義的建構(gòu)和協(xié)商機(jī)制。
